pleasant staff excellent food room decor

The room decor was really good, also the comfort! it was like it was really immersed in the cloud forest. the staff is very pleasant. They were so intelligent. the restaurant served excellent food. I really enjoyed breakfast and dinner.

isolated location limited hours

The location was a bit isolated, requiring a drive to most attractions. This wasn't ideal for spontaneous exploration. I found the plunge pool unheated during the evenings. (I thought they were always warm, but I was wrong.) The limited hours of the restaurant were also quite inconvenient. I expected more flexibility.

I appreciated the stylish restaurant with its very nice views. the food was good and the service was perfect. i also found the walking trail accessible from the hotel very enjoyable. It showcased the fine flowers and trees, teaming with local wildlife like birds and monkeys.
